Simple Process Clear Policy Fair Opportunity

GeNX follows a transparent and structured approach to candidate engagement. The system is designed to ensure seriousness, commitment, and fair opportunity for both candidates and employers while maintaining clarity in processes and expectations.

    Registration Policy

Registration Fee : Registration fee is payable at the time of joining. This is a one-time payment and there is no yearly renewal required.

Interview Process : GeNX schedules interviews for candidates. Candidates are free to accept or decline interview opportunities.

Attendance Commitment : If a candidate accepts an interview but fails to appear for any reason, the registration will be terminated. To continue further interviews, a fresh registration will be required.

Registration Fee Structure :
Salary Expectation / Hiring Range:
  • Below ₹10,000 → ₹200
  • ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 → ₹350
  • ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 → ₹500
  • Above ₹20,000 → ₹800
Upgrade Policy : If a candidate has registered under a lower fee slab and wishes to apply for higher salary opportunities, they may do so by paying the difference amount.

Note : Downgrading (i.e., paying higher fee first and later switching to lower slab) is not permitted.
    Consultancy Fee

GeNX Consultancy Fee is a success-based model. The fee is equivalent to 15 days of the agreed salary plus applicable GST.

This amount is payable only after the candidate receives their first salary, ensuring a risk-free process for candidates.

Before attending interviews, candidates confirm acceptance of these terms through an agreement, ensuring transparency and mutual understanding.

This approach ensures candidates pay only after earning, eliminates upfront burden, and motivates GeNX to focus on quality placements.
